you know that's a lie. there is no way you could buy 3 more Evo's with a house. I mean, damn, it's not like you buy the entire house on one installment or 6 year plan.

It's about the same as living in an apartment. Sure the morgage might be little more, but you get so much more back at the end of the year plus get money back once you sell it and equity that builds up.

I still can't understand people who's married and have a house that complains about not having money. damn, I have a house and the IRS takes 34% of my income because I'm single.

I agree though, financial independence does suck on my own. I need a sugar mama.



besides, it's traditional for a first son to live with their parents in korea. I'm suppose to live with my parents too. I have a friend who's older than I am (like he's married with kids and make good money) and he's living with his mom.

my parents bought a million dollar house in alpharetta so me and my sister could live with them, then they went bankrupt so they don't have the house anymore, but it was tempting to live with them at that big house. I mean, golf course inside the neighborhood and horse riding? plus my supposely bedroom was like the size of my living room now at my house.

But we didn't get along that well...

anyway, we need to go riding bikes. I went out with jason on riding tonight. It was good. It was one of those nice nights, where it's about to rain but the sun's still out. real nice, breezy and beautiful. Completely different feeling than a car, even with your top down.

because there is base pay for housing. unless you're planning on living in your car, you have to subtract the living expenses out (like your apartment, blah - unless you're living free somehow- then you're a complete loser and don't deserve to have 3 cars from a get go), then subtract the insurance and registration and all the maintenance. hell, i could buy a Ferrari now, but that doesn't mean I could keep it insured and maintain it or even pay the registration/tax on it let alone get a tag for it. I mean, damn, if i didn't have my morgage, I'll be drinking Louis Roederer Cristal every night with my hot stripper wife eating caviar covered filet mignon.

That and married. I'll have so much money it's almost tempting to get married. no kids though.

Well, obviously. I was making a basic statement about expenses. It's not like I would actually buy 3 Evos if I didn't have my house.

In all honesty though ... if I still had my college living arrangements I could completely afford 2 more Evos ... everything considered. Again, not that I would.
