Cams.. and turbo questions

Just wondering if i would need to get new springs and retainers for the HKS 280's? and if so ... wouldn't it be worth it to go with the revolver cams? I'm looking for more torque then hp and not sure which one is better?

Should i do anything before cams? I have full turbo back.. boost gauge .. boost controller..?

or bigger turbo instead of cams? looking for more of an autox... car so 20glt?

for the moeny you gonna be spending on cams and valvetrain it will be cheaper and make more power to go with a bigger turbo.

280's you will need valvetrain if the lift on the cam is high.

i can do the turbo and cams my self... at a friends shop... so go bigger turbo thats what i was thinking... but wasn't sure... thanks

Check with Matt. He can recommend some things. You need to remember that certain mods put you in different classes of auto-x, so it may or may not be worth it for the calss you might have to move to.
