it would be nice to have a section where you list your prices and advertise.

give us the price and list what we get for that price.

Nah .. I'll only blow up your car Joey ...

I designed that logo a while back as a one-off decal for my bumper and decided later to incorporate it in to the logo. I see what you mean and I did weigh that in my decision. I think of it more like "Don't play with fire" because your opponents will be burned. Associate the logo with the car and not the services ...

I will definitely post prices here once they are final and forum members will get discounts on most services. I have a preliminary price list at home. I'll say that tuning costs are below regional competitor costs and include high quality results and superior customer service.

I'm honestly not doing this to make money. I'm offering these services because I love tuning. The rates barely cover my time, if that.

built 2.0 sounds fun ... the IX ROM has room to scale the RPM up to about 10k fairly easily ... Very Happy

As far as the prices, I plan to have only one basic tune for a set price and then allow for options at an additional cost. This will allow the customer some choices in their tune and allow for some non standard setups at a lower cost than competitors.

The basic tune will include new high and low octane fuel and timing maps, new VVT map (IX), custom rev limit, custom stationary rev limit (launch control), custom idle RPM, etc. This should take care of the basic customer's tuning needs. The cost of this basic tune will be around $150 for the remote tune and around $280 for an in-person street tune.

The options will include things like scaling for larger injectors, rescaling map limits, ECU boost control, lean cruise, Tephra's Mods (Valet rev limit, knock lite, NLTS), etc. These options will add between $10 to $25 each to the cost of the tune.

Alternate maps and re-tunes will be available for $50 each. This applies only if you have already purchased a Project tune. This alternate map fee also applies to switchable maps in the Tephra patch.

Again, all of these prices are preliminary and are not final. I would like to hear your feedback on the prices though.

is that $50 also for the road tune if you wanna get it done again? (road tune)

I'll tune for a wet shot of nitrous assuming you've got the fuel for it. If I tune you for a dry shot you'll either be running pretty rich while not spraying or lean when you are spraying. A wet kit is the only way to go for a street car.
