| I had elliptical slotted rotors on my VW and I really liked them. They were made by ATE. (Here is a link) | |

| I beleive the reason I lost my brakes at LTGP was due to rotors and pads being too thin...My front rotors have been turned at least 3 times...pads are Hawk hp+ 35% life left, fluid is Castrol Syntech dot 4 & 5.....when this set up was new (year ago), they handled a Road A thrashing track day with no fade what so ever.....looking at DBA 4000's.....maybe some real racing pads for track, and a street pad for street...I think if you run r compound tires, and really push on the track, you gotta have track pads...loosing your brakes flying into a turn really sucks!!!! | |

| ever since the TGPR, my brakes haven't been the same.
I think my fluids just boiled and put air bubbles all in the fluid lines.
the oem pads are still good though. | |
