Will, price range, eh, not sure. Still trying to narrow down my goals. I'm wanting to be in the mid to low 11's in tha 1/4. Still needs to be very streetable. After I do the upgrade, it won't be a DD. I'll plan on building the motor down the road with some nice forged goodies. I will have to do an IC upgrade and injectors. I have basic bolt-ons now. I will upgrade from my HKS 272's to GSC's also.

I have, Wally 255, 3" DP/TP/full exhaust basically, Forge BOV (recirc), HKS 272's, ARP headstuds, HKS intake.

to hitt 11's all you need is a evo 9 turbo,race gas is optional, clutch,injectors,intercooler,o2housing, and a good tune and u should hit 11's and maybe mid 11's on race

Note to self;
Never get upset with secretary when she fails to complete any of the daily tasks that defines her sole purpose of employment with your company.

The story;
Had to run to the lawyer yesterday around noon, my folks had to attend the meeting with me, so our shop was left manned by my gf and our secretary. Right before we left at 11am, she (the secretary) pointed out that she was done posting the new accounts on quickbooks. We got back around 4:30pm, started to check the files for the next days scheduled jobs (templates / installs). None of the directions we pulled, none of the drawings we copied and filed and not a single customer had been called, heck the files weren't even removed from the cabinets. So I ask, have u called any customers, she replies "NO!", I reply "Why not? You know you're suppose to call all the next days customers at 3pm every day!", I get the tempered reply of "I'm busy with these DAMN accounts". Hmm, lets see, she showed us she was done with those at 11am, what has she been doing since and she's still "busy" with.

Thats about were I lost my temper, explained that she's been avoiding all the required tasks that we need done. She spends countless hours in front of quickbooks, posting "accounts" but fails to help with any estimates or invoices. She refuses to help calculate square footage on jobs. Refuse to use our material inventory system. Lastly she tells me its not "professional" to get upset at her, thats when I told her "its not professional to sit in front of the computer clicking like crazy, looking busy only to steal time and avoid her other duties. She yelled at me "Oh! No! Don't you start with me". I had a confrontation the previous day with a worker whom decides he perseveres the right to choose when he wants to show up for work, two previous 'nice' requests for him to please me at work at 8am failed.

The verdict;
She didn't come to work this morning...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
Why the hell do people (employees) complain about money, yet they refuse to help (actually do work, earn a raise) aid their employer in running efficiently by simply doing what is required of them instead of having to employ multiple people to complete one task. ITS ABSURD!

employees start doing that when they know they would have a hard time keeping up with business or they know they need you.

you could always find another secratery and train her/him to not to look down on you and make sure that you make them feel like they are not needed on the premises of work.

Sounds like she quit, which means you arent liable for unemployment thats a plus.

In the auto service/sales business it is worse. It is like a revolving door with people. Extremely hard to find anyone worth a damn that wants to make money.
