I'm selling my S2000, since I don't feel like paying my insurance on it anymore (with 14 tickets 2 years ago, i pay $250 a month) and I got a motorcyle. That and I might quit my job soon and I don't need the extra payment. I don't want to sell it but it just makes more sense to sell it. So...
Price to sell: $16,500 OBO (I owe $17,300 as of this month)
General stuff:
2002 s2000 - 49,500 miles - previous owner was Honda Service Manager (bought the car 1.5 years ago with 14,000 miles on it for $23,000 in Houston Texas) who only put 3000 miles on it every year until he had a baby and had to sell it. I always went to Honda for maintenance and TopSpeed in alpharetta and you could imagine where the previous owner went.
It's black with full red leather interior. This is a real head turner. Girls love it, car handles amazing (better than my modded Evo) and you can't beat the wind in your hair feeling.
Price to sell: $16,500 OBO (I owe $17,300 as of this month)
Good stuff:
- Always garaged. Cleaned with BMW wax (really good wax, better than Maguire) and it's been Mother's gold clayed and has BMW convertible top treatment done every 3 months (repells water, UV protection, etc)
-4 great condition stock 16" enkie rims with 4 good Hoosiers. 225/55/16 front and 245/50/16 back
- 80% left on Axxxis ultimate front brake pads and 2nd set of OEM brake pads on the rear and have brand new Axxxis ultimate rear brake pads in the box and you could have that too.
- Brake fluid flushed out and replaced around 30,000 miles. I might have some motul left somewhere in my garage.
-Seibon Type M Carbon Fiber hood
- H&R Sport Spings (0.7" dropped all around - doesn't effect handling - still got stock springs)
- resonator delete - make you hear the muffler (since it's so quiet)
-Brand new Falken Ziex ZE 912 tires - 225/45/17 front - 255/40/17 rear
-stock shift knob and Razo 350 gram counterweight shift knob
- engine's never modded. Used $60 Honda OEM cone filters with metal vortex cone filters built in every 10,000 miles.
- Always been serviced at Honda dealership- oil (mobile 1)
- when auto-x and long trips, I used Mobile 1 Synthetic (usually it's just daily commuter, so really don't need synthetic when I'm not traveling)
- Took few 3000 mile trips with it, so mostly it's highway miles
- always garaged
- transmission is brand new Honda transmission done by warranty for TSB for 2nd gear pop out
- coil and spark plug recall was done at honda dealership
- Absolutely no problem with the car.
