| I got this question today ... someone wants to run 11's by next weekend. He currently runs in the low 12.3s in full street trim ... spare tire and all. His current mods are ...
Cone intake Silicon intake pipe TXS Boost Controller LICP WG spring mod SS Turbo outles w/ external dump 3" TBE
My suggestions to go faster were ...
Switch to ECU boost control w/ 3-post solenoid Forge WG actuator Engine mounts 2-piece rotors Pull the seats Pull the spare tire/jack/tools Remove the wing Drag alignment (0 toe and low camber)
He's already planning for: FMIC UICP Mini Battery
I think it would be capable of a conservative 11.8 on toluene with all this done and a mid 11.9 at the worst on pump gas. What do you guys think?

| Pulling the interior and spare should net about a 110 lb loss I'd think. Thats with rear and passenger seats gone. The Forge actuator and the Perrin solenoid should let him hold about 22 psi at redline which is a bit better than he is currently. You can't beat an active solenoid for boost control. | |

| I thought about adding "let me drive" to the list ... he's not a bad driver though. He's just a little slow shifting. Last time he was really tired though so that may have been the cause. | |

| 1) ditch the extra junk. 2) only have 1/4 of race fuel. 3) bump boost to 24-25 4) Tubular manifold 5) 272 cams He will be in the high 11's tehn | |

| He's already running 25 psi, but it's tapering to about 20. A bit of power can be made there. Less fuel is good. Mani and cams are good ... I didn't mention cams simply due to install time and cost. | |

| mid 1.7s generally ... he'll pull out a 1.6x every once in a while. Not super consistent, but he doesn't completely screw the launch. | |

| From the mods he is making low to mid 300's (correct me if I wrong). This should allow him into the 11's if he became more consistant on his launch.
I have not dragged my Evo but spent years doing it on bikes and I learned if i can get consistent 60' times my ET's came down, even if the times were the same as I was running before, the consistancy helped my times on the top.

| Sung, he usually runs on Toluene at about a 95 octane mix. We'll probably bump that up to around 97 oct for the race.
Will, he's got a 9. I did remember you had that but realized it wouldn't work.
He's putting down about 335 I'd guess ... it's got 11's in it, but the heat and humidity here doesn't want to let it happen. He traps about 112 I think, which is good for 12.05 I'd guess with driving on point. We've got to overcome the driving with horsepower in this instance ...

| Giggle Gas, either to cool the IC or a dry shot to do it on a budget. | |

| definitely reduce weight hold boost till redline needs a great launch
you can reduce more weight by going with some coilovers, the stock suspension is heavier than megans
