She has been busy

Well this week she has been. My engine is being wrapped up tonite and tomorow, I should be able to pick it up after lunch tomorow. Im going to put the transmission in tonite. If all goes well, she will have life breathed back into her next weekend.

Wow, this is great to see her come back together. I know it was sad seeing her sitting ing the tarp at your house.

Looking good man. Can't wait to see it running again!

Engine is built, just need to find a few small pieces before it can go into the car.

Engine and trans are all in. T/F case needs bolted in. After that all the lil junk needs finished and Im ready to rock

If you have bad mounts, I highly recomend the solid ones from AMS. These things have 0 movement. I had to use a hammer to get them to move

I have the AMS front mount, but need to get the rest.


So how long does it take to build one outside the car? How long does it take to install the motor?

Agency fuel rail? i was thinkking about snagging one of those for some bling ... do you like the quality? Did you have it before the build?

I have had it for a while. The only problem is that you have to remove the fuel injector o-rings and use smaller diameter o-rings, but 2 of them per injector. If not, the rail cuts the back side of the bigger o-rings.
I found all this out in the parking lot of Topspeed this past spring. Other than that I really like the rail, even has a place for a fuel pressure gauge. It is also really large diameter too.

ha, yeah. So it turns out that it wasnt just me that have had the issue. 1 other guy on Evom had the exact same problem with his.
